You're Losin' It Lady website!!!
Thanks for joining us in our attempt to shed a few unwanted pounds. Everyone is welcome to join our group, whether your goal is to lose weight or just have a healthier lifestyle. After all, the more, the merrier!
We feel that it is easier to set a goal and maintain your healthy habits when you have the support and encouragement of others who are trying to do the same thing.
We're here to help each other reach our fitness goals, as well as offer advice and suggestions, exchange recipe ideas, and also chat.
We will be starting a weekly group meeting in chat, where we can discuss what we've done over the past week, and what we're planning to do in the upcoming week.
There will also be a place to keep your personal health / weight loss journal online to track your progress. These should help to keep you motivated to reach your goal, and they will hopefully also make you think twice about whether or not you really need that second piece of cake! Nobody will be judging you on what you write in your journal, however, you should be totally honest because you're keeping your journal for yourself, and you can't fool yourself by omitting an indulgence. Everyone needs one, once in a while.
We will also have discussions about other topics not necessarily related to weight loss, but just for the entertainment value of them.
Remember, we're all in this together!!
